E. Mitch Ely, attended the University of Texas in Austin, Texas. Mr. Ely became a licensed real estate agent in 1984 and initially specialized in leasing, management, and sales of student housing in Austin, Texas.

In 1999, Mr. Ely founded Cobalt Partners, LTD, a real estate development company that specializes in urban infill development.  

In 2004, Mr. Ely founded Texan Properties, a real estate development company that specializes in mid-rise residential development of student housing.

   
 

Mr. Dickerson is a graduate of Sam Houston State University at Huntsville, TX with a degree in Construction Management.  He spent 1993-1995 working for The Dinerstein Company as an Assistant Construction Superintendent providing field supervision and inspections for a 400 unit multifamily project in Atlanta, GA.  From 1995 through 1997 Mr. Dickerson worked for The Lane Company as an Assistant Project Manager providing field supervision, construction take-offs, creating costs estimates, qualifying bid proposals and financial feasibility analysis on 5 multifamily projects totaling 1,390 units in Georgia.  From 1997 to 2000 Mr. Dickerson worked for The Hanover Company as a Construction Project Manager responsible for coordinating overall project design, project supervision and financial management on 7 multifamily projects totaling 2,157 units in Texas.  In 2000 Mr. Dickerson formed his own development land acquisition company Dickerson Interest, Inc. to provide development opportunities to national multifamily developers. His responsibilities included: site selection, market feasibility, contract negotiations, entitlement processes, architectural - engineering coordination and consulting on the build out of 13 multifamily projects totaling 2,278 units in 8 different states.  In 2007 Mr. Dickerson earned the CCIM designation from the Certified Commercial Institute.  His clients have included numerous regional and national real estate development companies.
